Now that you have finished your first pyrography, you
are ready for your next one! Since you have some experience, the preliminary
preparation should go much smoother. I hope you had fun doing your first,
and will enjoy looking at it. By looking at it you can see what went right,
and maybe where you can improve on the next one. Always look at every one
you do so you can reinforce what you've done well and continue to learn.
Try new tips on your iron, try different types of wood and different subjects.
Soon, you will have an entire wall filled with woodburnings you have created.
Well, don't stop there!! Now you can make them for gifts - people absolutely
love artwork from their friends and relatives. Or you can also sell them to
support your woodburning habit!
There is a gallery for students of The Woodburner. If you have created a work
you would like displayed, you can display it in the gallery. Please supply
your first name so others will know who created it. If you would like additional
information displayed with your work, go ahead and add that in the comments
section. Hopefully we can all enjoy everyone's labor of love!!
As always, if you ever have a question on woodburning not answered within
these pages, please send me an email and I will get you an answer. If it would
be of interest to others, I will either incorporate it into the lessons or
put it on the website. Also, if you discover a technique or tip that may help
others, please add it to the site using the Submit News link in the menu.
This will allow others to benefit from what you have learned. We can never
learn everything, but should be open to try to do so.
So, Thank you very much for visiting The Woodburner and participating
in these lessons.
Happy Burning to ALL!!
