My teenage kids started a bench business this summer. My son makes them and my daughter burns a design on them. They both have other jobs so this is extra cash. Wondering is there is a larger tip (she currently uses a medium razer tip spoon shader) for the bulk of the woodburn.

Also she currently coats them with 3-4 coats of water-based outdoor urethane to protect the burn from the sun. Is there something better to protect it for longevity?

Any guidance would be appreciated.

That's a nice piece. If she is looking for a larger tip on an outdoor piece like that I recommend an inexpensive tool/tip from Walnut Hollow, which can be purchased at a hobby shop. I would never use the Razertip shader for this purpose. As for another outdoor finish, I would look into an epoxy.
