The Badlands don't have Saguaro cacti in them! That's a southwestern desert!

(I'm not really teasing your work--you have fine skill! It's just that I'm Sioux (and Ojibway), and seeing us in the desert in regalia makes me chuckle)

They were on vacation? LOL!

Actually I was told the Sioux are Plains Indians that lived in the region from the Mississippi River to the Rocky Mountains and from Canada to Mexico. Is this correct?

Danette..thank yu for posting this tutorial...Being a newbie here and completely new to wood burning I can learn some techniques that would take me forever by trial and error...I have found that the best thing I can do is practice...Plan on starting my first piece when I get the better halfs wishing wells done..Tiger at rest with tress in the background...wish me luck
